What You'll Need

A few simple ingredients goes a long way for these easy chicken bacon wraps! Best of all, all of the ingredients used in this recipe can easily be found at your local grocery store.

  • Flour Tortillas: I recommend using a burrito size flour tortilla because they fold well and they're big enough to hold all of the ingredients
  • Chicken: I used rotisserie chicken to save time! However, you can also use deli meat or make this into crispy chicken bacon ranch wraps by frying up some chicken and put it inside the tortilla!
  • Fresh Lettuce, Tomato slices, Avocado: I used romaine lettuce (butter lettuce is really good too), vine tomatoes sliced thinly, and a half of an avocado. You can also use cherry tomatoes too.
  • Cheese: I used shredded cheddar cheese, but monterey jack and blue cheese are great options too!
  • Ranch dressing: this is what gives the wrap it's delicious flavor!
  • Dijon mustard
  • Bacon: I made the bacon in the oven to make it nice and crispy - the crispier the better, am I right?

What to do with Leftover Wraps

If you have leftover wraps, cover with each wrap with plastic wrap and place in an airtight container. I recommend eating within 2-3 days so that it doesn't become soggy.

If you'd like to freeze the wraps, I recommend doing do without adding the lettuce, avocado, and tomato. You can make the wraps without them and freeze them for up to 2 month in an airtight freezer safe container. When you're ready to eat them, let them thaw in the fridge and add in the lettuce, avocado, and tomato and enjoy!
