A delicious, quick and easy chicken bacon ranch wrap with cheese, crispy bacon, and rotisserie chicken topped with ranch dressing!
Ingredients
2Flour Tortillas, (burrito size)
1/4cupRanch Dressing
2tbspsDijon Mustard
6slices Bacon
6ozRotisserie Chicken
4slicesLettuce Leaves
1Vine Tomato, , sliced
1Avocado
1/4cupCheddar Cheese, , shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and place slices of bacon on a rimmed baking sheet on top of a piece of parchment paper or a cooling rack. Cook for 15-20 minutes, until nice and crispy.
Place tortilla on a flat surface and smear about 2 tbsps of ranch dressing and 1 tbsp of dijon mustard on top per wrap. Pro tip: if tortillas are stiff and dry, place them on a plate with damp paper towels and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minutes, until they become flexible again.
Then place lettuce, sliced chicken, tomatoes, 2-3 pieces of bacon, 1/2 avocado, and cheese on top in a straight line. Be sure not to overstuff the wrap.
Fold the sides of the tortilla into the middle and fold the tortilla towards the center and roll into a wrap. Enjoy by itself or drizzle a little hot sauce on top!
