Are you ready for the perfect end of summer salad? Look no further, this Fig and Burrata Salad with Maple Vinaigrette is here! This salad is SO good. When you add the maple vinaigrette, it becomes even better. If you love a good dressing, try my creamy balsamic dressing too!

I was so excited when I went to my local grocery store and saw figs! If you didn’t know, figs are only in season in early and late summer. I did not see any figs in the early summer due to Covid-19, so when I saw them this time around, I was SO happy!

There’s something about figs that truly mark the end of Summer and signal that Fall is coming. The taste is so warm and sweet, but not like that of a summery citrus fruit. When you add figs with burrata, the flavors come together so well. Burrata is a creamy and mild cheese that goes with just about anything! However, my favorite thing to eat with burrata is figs. What are your favorite things to eat with burrata? Have you ever tried it? If not, I highly recommend it!

Also, might I add that this salad pairs phenomenally well with these Lavender and Gin Cocktails!

You simply combine maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, fresh thyme, and garlic and mix! I also added red pepper flakes for a little kick, but it’s totally optional.

This was so good! Nice for fall. I didn’t have tomatoes and cut maple syrup in half to suit our tastes. Will make again!
