Cheesy Old Bay Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

let’s make cheesy old bay crab stuffed mushrooms!

Cheesy Old Bay Crab Stuffed Mushrooms is super easy to make. Literally combine crab meat, cheese, chives, old bay seaoning, cream cheese, mayo, and lemon juice and mix together. Crush up some oyster crackers and add those in as well.. and a little red pepper if you like a little kick. Pull off the stems of the mushrooms and give the mushrooms a good rinse. I don’t like to drench the mushrooms because they soak up water very easily. A quick rinse does the job.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and then fill each mushroom with about 1-2 tablespoons of the filling. For this part, it’s best to use your own judgement as the size of mushrooms vary. I actually had leftover filling and decided to fill a portobello mushroom cap with the remainder of the filling and it worked out exceptionally well!

Sprinkle a little bit of extra shredded cheese on top of the mushrooms (optional, but who doesn’t love more cheese?!)! Bake the mushrooms for 20 minutes and top with green onions. This recipe is so good, it doesn’t even need a sauce! Serve with my crab beignets if you have extra crab meat!

We usually kind of just lightly snack/graze on Saturdays and these were the perfect addition to a chill weekend! Super easy but jam packed with flavor. I’m thinking about making another batch in secret so I don’t have to share, LOL.
