It can be tempting to use store bought condiments but I promise it's not hard to make your own sauce. Not only can you add more of less ingredients based on your preferred taste, but there's less sugar and additives because you know what ingredients were used. Plus, you're using fresh ingredients so it will taste ten times better, guaranteed!
To make the garlic lime ranch sauce, simply combine greek yogurt, mayo, parsley, garlic, chives, dill, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. Next zest two limes and then squeeze the juice into the sauce. Whisk everything together. The final result is a light, tangy sauce that complements the spiciness of the tacos.

Flour tortillas have a more delicate taste than corn tortillas. Due to this, I think flour tortillas are better suited for burritos that are filled with a lot of ingredients. For heartier tacos, I would choose flour tortillas because they are sturdier than corn tortillas.
I like for my tacos to have a light crunch so I do suggest toasting the corn tortillas in this recipe. Just place them in a skillet with a tiny bit of oil for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
I think these Cajun Shrimp Tacos with Garlic Lime Ranch are perfect as is but maybe you're looking to feast! Here are some tasty additions:
