I always reiterate that I want my blog to be a place for everyone. That includes vegans, vegetarians, meat lovers, gluten free, pescatarian, low carb, keto, whole30 recipes etc. When developing recipes, I always try to keep this in mind. So, when I made this Vegan Bourbon Apple Cake, I wanted to make something that everyone could enjoy.

This apple cake turned out so well that I made it twice. I made this once for myself and another for my parents. My Husband and I enjoyed this cake both alone and with ice cream and honestly, it's just so delicious. The crumb of the cake is moist and dense and the chai drizzle really gives this cake a nice kick!

Also, This recipe is super simple! You simply combine the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients, fold in the apples, and then bake! There's no need for tips and tricks for this recipe because it's as easy as 1-2-3! I will mention that when you have the option of either peeling the apples or leaving the skin on. I tried both ways and they both are delicious!

I made this for the first time yesterday, and it turned out fluffy and delicious - not an easy task for a vegan recipe! Will definitely make again.
