Prosciutto wrapped Chicken with Fig Glaze - chicken topped with blue cheese, and wrapped in prosciutto. The juices are reduced with fig jam.

Ingredients
4Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2tspsSmoked Paprika
2tspsOnion Powder
1tbspParsley
4clovesGarlic, diced
Salt and Pepper, as desired
1/4cupBlue Cheese
6-7piecesProsciutto
1/2Red Onion, sliced
1/2cupWhite Wine
1tbspFresh Rosemary, diced
5tbspsSalted Butter
2tbspsFig Jam
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Season chicken with smoked paprika, onion powder, parsley, and salt and pepper. Sprinkle blue cheese on top of the chicken and wrap each piece with prosciutto.
Place chicken in and place sliced butter on top. Add red onion, white wine, and fresh rosemary to the pan. Roast in the oven for 35 minutes, until chicken is done.
Remove chicken from the skillet and add fig jam into the broth. Place skillet on the stove over low heat until broth thickens and fig jam is mix into the sauce. Spoon glaze on top of chicken and garnish with fresh herbs.
