Instructions
Combine garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried parsley, smoked paprika, dried rosemary, black pepper, and kosher salt in a bowl or jar.
Mix or shake together.
Use immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.

Tips
Use fresh spices! Over time, spices lose their flavor. In order to get the best results, use spices that are fresh!
Marinate your next pot roast in this seasoning blend for 24 hours. Coat the meat with the spice blend, salt, and pepper. Allow it to sit in the refrigerator on a baking sheet, uncovered for 24 hours (also known as a dry brine). This allows the seasonings to penetrate the meat, making your beef roast super flavorful and tender!
If you have any leftover seasoning, store it in an airtight container in a dark cool place. It'll last for up to six months.
For the most flavorful meat, make sure to coat all sides of the meat with the seasoning!
