Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts are crispy oven-roasted brussels sprouts tossed in a sweet and spicy honey and sriracha glaze. This quick and easy side dish is so addictive, that you'll be adding it to your weeknight dinner rotation!
Ingredients
2lbsBrussels sprouts
5piecesBacon, (cut into chunks)
1 1/2tspsFresh Thyme
3tbspsSalted Butter
3clovesGarlic, (diced)
3tbspsSriracha
1/3cupHoney
1tspSoy Sauce
1/2tsp Smoked Paprika
1/4cupParmesan, (shaved)
1/4cupPecans, (chopped)
1tbspLemon Zest, (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. While the oven is warming up, cut the brussels sprouts in half and place them on a large baking sheet cut side down in a single layer. Then add sliced bacon and sprinkle with a little olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Bake for 20 minutes, until browned and crispy.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium low heat. Add garlic and thyme. Cook until fragrant, about 3-4 minutes, then add sriracha, honey, soy sauce, and smoked paprika. Continue to cook for 3-5 minutes, until ingredients come together.
Toss the brussels sprouts and bacon in the sauce and place in a serving bowl. Garnish with shaved parmesan, pecans, and lemon zest.

Tips for Making Crispy Brussels Sprouts
Ensure the brussels sprouts are firm and roughly the same size so they cook evenly.
Do not overcook the brussels sprouts, they'll develop a bitter taste and become soggy.
If you have especially small brussels sprouts in the bag, don't cut them in half. Conversely, larger sprouts can be cut into quarters.
Be sure to trim any browned outer leaves.
If you want extra sauce, simply double the ingredients to the sauce! Any leftover sauce is perfect for using as a dipping sauce for just about anything savory!
