This California Club Sandwich Recipe is made with deli meat, cheddar cheese, juicy tomato, crisp lettuce, smoky bacon, and creamy avocado!
Ingredients

2slicesCheddar Cheese
1/2lbSliced Turkey
6slicesBacon
1/2Red Onion, (sliced)
1Beefsteak Tomato, (sliced)
1Avocado, (sliced)
1cupRomaine Lettuce, (sliced)
1/2cupAlfalfa Sprouts
Chipotle Mayo
1/2cupMayonnaise
2tspChipotle Chili Powder
1 1/2tspLemon Juice
1cloveGarlic, (minced)
1/2tspOnion Powder
1/2tspKosher Salt
Instructions
Make the chipotle mayo by combining mayo, chipotle chili powder, lemon juice, minced garlic, onion powder, and kosher salt in a small bowl. Whisk together and set aside.
Toast the bread until golden brown and spread the chipotle mayo onto one side of each piece of bread.
Lightly season tomato slices with a sprinkle of black pepper and kosher salt.
On the bottom slice of bread, add a slice of cheese and layer sliced turkey, bacon, and red onion. Please second bread slice on top and add lettuce, tomato, avocado slices, alfalfa sprouts, and more bacon.
Place the last piece of bread on top and stick a toothpick or cocktail stick through the sandwich. Cut in half or into triangular pieces.
