Brownie bites are ready in half the time of a traditional pan and perfect for serving at parties. One bowl is all you need!
Ingredients
1/2cupButter, melted
2tablespoonsVegetable Oil
1cupBrown Sugar
1/4cupSugar
2Eggs
2teaspoonsVanilla Extract
1/2cupFlour
1/2cupCocoa Powder
1/2teaspoonKosher Salt
1/2cupSemi-sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 24-cup mini muffin pan with nonstick baking spray.
Melt butter in a sauce pan and allow it to cool for 5 minutes. Then add oil, brown sugar, and sugar. Whisk together for 2-3 minutes, until sugar begins to dissolve.
Add eggs, one at a time, then add vanilla extract and continue to whisk together until smooth and glossy.
Add flour, cocoa powder, kosher salt, and semi-sweet chocolate chips and fold together until combined.
Add about 1 1⁄2-2 tbsps of brownie batter to each muffin cup. Bake for 13-15 minutes, until the edges of the brownies are crisp and the center is set.
