Autumn sangria is the perfect cocktail for cool, crisp fall days. This refreshing drink combines sweet seasonal fruits, warm spices, and a mix of white wine, apple cider, Grand Marnier, and ginger beer.
In a large pitcher, combine all of the sangria ingredients, except the ginger beer. Place into the refrigerator to chill. When you’re ready to serve, add ginger beer and stir together.
Notes
Make sure your fruit is ripe but not too soft. Ripe fruits will add the best flavor and texture to the sangria, but overly soft fruits can become mushy and break down too much in the drink.
Let the autumn sangria chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour. This allows the flavors to meld together and the spices to infuse properly.
Serve fresh. Add the ginger beer just before serving to keep it fizzy and refreshing
Keep it cool. Use frozen fruits or make ice cubes from apple cider to keep the sangria cool without diluting it.
