Ingredients

  • 4 oz Mango Nectar
  • 2 oz Coconut Rum
  • 1 ½ oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Triple Sec
  • 1 oz Lime Juice

Instructions

  • Add mango nectar, pineapple juice, coconut rum, triple sec, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake for 10 seconds, until cold, and pour into cocktail glasses.

Variations
  • Blend it up! Use frozen mango chunks and make this into a delicious frozen boozy drink. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If you don't have frozen mangoes, you can also pour mango nectar into ice cube trays to make mango ice cubes and blend those instead. Isn't it fun to get creative?!
  • Mocktail version! Omit the rum and triple sec, the drink is just as delicious without it! 
  • Use fresh mangoes instead of mango nectar. Add fresh mango to a blender with the remainder of the ingredients instead of mango nectar for a fresh take on this refreshing drink.
