Delicious floral cocktails containing lavender syrup, gin, Prosecco, topped with mint for a refreshing taste! The perfect way to enjoy a summer night.
Servings: 2 servings
- 2 shots of gin
- 4 tbsps Lavender syrup
- 1 cup Prosecco
- Mint leaves, garnish
If making lavender syrup, boil 4 tbsps lavender and 1 cup of water for 5 minutes. Add 2 cups of sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved. Simmer for 20 minutes and allow to cool.
Add ice, gin, and lavender syrup to a glass shaker. Shake for about 20 seconds. Pour into two glasses and pour Prosecco to the top of the glass.
Garnish with mint leaves!
