Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Coupe Glasses
  • Jigger

  • 3 oz Gin
  • 2 oz Lavender Syrup
  • 2 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1 cup Prosecco
  • Mint leaves, garnish

Instructions

  • Add gin, lavender syrup. elderflower liqueur, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker. Shake for about 20 seconds. Pour into two glasses and pour Prosecco to the top of each glass.
  • Garnish with mint leaves.

Notes

  • If making homemade lavender syrup, boil 4 tbsps of dried lavender leaves in 1 cup of water for 5 minutes. Add 2 cups of sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved. Simmer for 20 minutes and allow to cool.
  • If you really want to play up the lavender flavor, try adding a dash of lavender bitters!
  • Pro tip: chill your glasses ahead of time so that when you're ready to serve, the cocktail will stay cool until the very last sip!
  • If you're serving this for special occasions, make it into a fancy cocktail by garnishing with fresh herbs, lavender, and a beautiful fig! Fresh figs are so figgin good with this recipe.
