Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tsps Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tsps Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 4 cloves Garlic, diced
  • Salt and Pepper, as desired
  • ¼ cup Blue Cheese
  • 6-7 pieces Prosciutto
  • ½ Red Onion, sliced
  • ½ cup White Wine
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary, diced
  • 5 tbsps Salted Butter
  • 2 tbsps Fig Jam

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Season chicken with smoked paprika, onion powder, parsley, and salt and pepper. Sprinkle blue cheese on top of the chicken and wrap each piece with prosciutto.
  • Place chicken in and place sliced butter on top. Add red onion, white wine, and fresh rosemary to the pan. Roast in the oven for 35 minutes, until chicken is done.
  • Remove chicken from the skillet and add fig jam into the broth. Place skillet on the stove over low heat until broth thickens and fig jam is mix into the sauce. Spoon glaze on top of chicken and garnish with fresh herbs.
