Pear and Gorgonzola Puff Pastry is an easy party food or appetizer that only takes 25 minutes to make! It's sweet, savory, and delish!

Ingredients
1sheetPuff Pastry
2-3Bartlett Pears
1/2cupGorgonzola Cheese
1/4cupChopped Pecans
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, (to drizzle)
Honey, (for garnish)
Fresh Thyme, (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Slice pears lengthwise using a knife or a mandolin. Slice thinly then cut in half. Roll a sheet of puff pastry flat. Cut into 6 equal sized rectangles. Add about 1-2 tbsps of gorgonzola cheese to each rectangle. Add 3-4 halved pears to the puff pastry wedging between the gorgonzola cheese so that the pears lay flat. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and olive oil and bake for 15 minutes.
Drizzle with honey and then sprinkle with fresh thyme.
