Peach Bourbon Cocktail blends the fruity, smoky, and warm notes of peach, cinnamon, maple, and whiskey for a delicious summer cocktail!

Ingredients 

  • 2 Yellow Peaches
  • 1/2 oz Peach Schapps
  • 1 1/2 oz Bourbon
  • Dash Cinnamon
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup, (more or less depending on how sweet you want the cocktail)
  • 2 oz Club Soda

Instructions 

  • Cut the peaches into slices, then add the peach slices into a food processor. 
  • Add bourbon, peach schnapps, maple syrup, lemon juice, and cinnamon. (Optional: add in some crushed ice to make it slushy) Add bourbon, peach schnapps, maple syrup, lemon juice, and cinnamon. (Optional: add in some crushed ice to make it slushy) 
  • Step 3: Blend until smooth, then add pour soda water and stir together with a spoon. Pour into a cocktail glass and enjoy!
