Ingredients
5Bone in Skin on chicken thighs
1tbspZa'atar
1/2tbspSmoked Paprika
Salt and Pepper, to taste
2tbspLemon Juice
1/3cuphoney
4clovesGarlic, (diced)
15ozCanned chickpeas
1Red onion, (diced)
red pepper, to taste
fresh Dill, for garnish
2tbspsOlive Oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Add za'atar, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to chicken thighs. Ensure all pieces are coated in seasonings. Add olive oil to a skillet and warm over medium heat. Add chicken thighs and brown on both sides, about 3 minutes per side. Place on a baking sheet.
Add chickpeas to baking sheet. Roughly slice a red onion and add to baking sheet.
Combine honey, lemon juice, and diced garlic cloves. Mix together and pour on top of chicken and chickpeas, ensuring everything is coated.
