Honey Soy Garlic Pork Chops are the best pork chops you'll ever make! They're full of garlic and soy sauce with a hint of honey! They're also super easy to make and perfect for a quick weeknight dinner!
Ingredients
4Bone-In Pork Chops
2tspground ginger
2tspgarlic powder
1tspred pepper
Salt and Pepper, to taste
4clovesgarlic, diced
3tbspshoney
3tbspssoy sauce
1/3cupchicken stock
String beans, optional
1tbspbutter
Olive oil, for cooking
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Add ground ginger, garlic powder, red pepper flakes to a small dish and whisk together. Coat pork chops in seasoning blend and add salt and pepper, to taste. Add butter and olive oil to a cast iron skillet/oven safe pan and warm over medium heat. Sear pork chops until brown on both sides, about 4 minutes each side.
Remove pork chops from skillet and set aside. Add soy sauce, honey, and diced garlic to the skillet and mix together. Warm for about 3-5 minutes and add chicken stock. Place pork chops back in the skillet. If using string beans, add now to the skillet as well. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until thoroughly cooked.
