Ingredients
4bone-in pork chops
1tbsprosemary
1tbspgarlic powder
2tspsmoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Olive oil
2-3tbspssalted butter
2sprigsfresh thyme
3 clovesgarlic, diced
2-3cupsred grapes
2tbspshoney
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Combine rosemary, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a small bowl and mix. Coat both sides of the pork chops with the seasoning mixture.
Heat your with olive oil and melt butter over medium heat. Once warmed, add pork chops and sear on both sides for about 3-5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium low and add fresh thyme and garlic. Cook pork chops until well done and remove from pan and set aside.
Add grapes to the pan and spoon the juices in the pan over the grapes and drizzle grapes with honey. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
Add pork chops back to the pan and nuzzle between grapes and serve.
