Ingredients

  • cup Almond butter 
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract 
  • cup Maple syrup
  • 14 oz Coconut milk, can
  • ½ cup Milk of Choice
  • cup Greek yogurt 
  • 1 cups Oats
  • 2 tbsp Hemp seeds
  • 3 tbsp Chia seeds 
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Add almond butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup, canned coconut milk, and Greek yogurt to a bowl. Whisk together until all ingredients are incorporated. 
  • Add oats, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt. Fold together. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and add to the refrigerator for at least 8 hours/overnight
  • Enjoy with yogurt or by itself!
