These Mexican Street Corn Sweet Potato Fries have a delicious crema with lime juice, topped with cotija cheese, and cilantro.

HOW TO MAKE MEXICAN STREET CORN SWEET POTATO FRIES

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Cut sweet potatoes into the shape of french fries. Combine garlic powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and lime zest in a small saucer and mix together.

 Add seasoning to sweet potato fries, ensuring every fry is coated. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add sweet potato fries to a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes.
