  • 2 packs of Kielbasa
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1.5 cups Orzo
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup water
  • 3 tbsps Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup corn

  • Slice Kielbasa into ¼ inch slices. Add olive oil to a skillet over medium heat and add Kielbasa once oil warms. Brown on both sides and remove.
  • In the same skillet, add diced garlic and saute for about 2 minutes. Add orzo and chicken broth and stir. Bring to a boil for about 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Add heavy cream and Cajun seasoning and continue to stir. Add corn and spinach.
  • When spinach has cooked down, add the Kielbasa back in and stir. If orzo begins sticking to the pan, add ¼ cup of water.
  • Eat!
