- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 6 graham cracker sheets, broken into pieces
- 10-15 large marshmallows
- 1 Hersheys chocolate bar, broken into pieces
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together whisk eggs and then add butter, oil, sugar, and brown sugar. Continue to whisk for about 2 minutes. Then add sour cream and vanilla extract and mix until combined and smooth.
Add flour, cocoa powder, and kosher salt and fold together until a thick batter forms.
Spray an 8x8 baking pan with nonstick baking spray. Add 1 cup of the batter to the pan and spread to create an even layer.
Using your hands, roughly break up 3 graham cracker sheets and sprinkle them on top of the bottom layer, then place 5 marshmallows into the batter. Then add ½ of the chocolate bar pieces.
Add the remaining brownie batter on top (it’s ok if the batter does not cover the marshmallows). Once the batter is added, add the remaining marshmallows and broken graham cracker pieces and chocolate bar pieces on top.
Bake for 50 minutes. Allow brownies to cool in the baking pan for 15 minutes then remove onto a cooling rack or plate to cool completely.
