Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut a piece of parchment paper and spray lightly with oil. Place one sheet of puff pastry onto the parchment paper and place a dinner plate onto the dough and cut into the shape of a circle using the plate as an outline.
Spread cream cheese all over the dough , leaving the perimeter of the circle bare. Sprinkle with half of the everything but the bagel seasoning.
With the second sheet of puff pastry, use the dinner plate to cut the same shape and place on top of the first sheet of puff pastry.
Place the rim of a small glass onto the center of the circle. Cut circle into quarters then cut each quarter into fourths – you should have 16 cut pieces.
Remove the glass from the center of the circle and grab one piece of the tart and turn twice and place it back down on the parchment paper. Repeat for all of the pieces.
Brush with a beaten egg and sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Eat!
