Fig and Burrata Salad with Maple Vinaigrette
Fig and Burrata Salad with Maple Vinaigrette is a delicious and healthy end of summer salad! This fig salad will be sure to WOW your tastebuds!
Servings: 4 servings
- 4 cup Spring Mix Greens (or greens of your choice)
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups Figs, halved (fresh)
- 2 tbsps Walnuts, chopped
- 1 Block Burrata
- 6 oz Prosciutto
- Maple Vinaigrette:
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Thyme, fresh
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic, diced
- 1 lemon, juiced
In a large bowl or serving dish, add spring mix greens, halved cherry tomatoes and figs, and toss together.
In a small bowl, combine ingredients for maple vinaigrette and pour over salad. Top with chopped walnuts, burrata, and prosciutto.
