Ingredients

  • 1 Box Funfetti Cake Mix
  • 2 ½ cups Cool Whip
  • 1 cup Funfetti Vanilla Frosting or Vanilla Yogurt
  • ¼ cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Rainbow Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Heat treat the flour by baking it in the oven for 5 minutes at 350 degrees F.
  • Mix together Funfetti Cake mix, Cool Whip, Funfetti Vanilla Frosting, Heavy Cream, and Vanilla extract with an electric mixer. Then fold in the sprinkles.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Serve with animal crackers, graham crackers, teddy grahams, Nila wafers, or even fresh fruit!

Notes

Substitutions
  • If you can't find funfetti cake mix, you can also use white cake mix.
  • Try using cream cheese if you do not have any frosting or yogurt. You may need to add a little milk or heavy cream to thin out the mixture a bit.
  • For a gluten-free option, use gluten free funfetti cake mix.
