Ingredients

Charcuterie

  • 8 ounces Prosciutto
  • 8 ounces Salami
  • 6 ounces Smoked Salmon optional
  • 8 ounces Chorizo optional

Cheeses

  • Brie
  • Parmesan
  • Cheddar
  • Blue Cheese or goat cheese, optional

Fruits

  • 1 cup Fresh Berries
  • 1 Oranges sliced
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 Grapfruits sliced
  • 1 Grapes
  • ¼ Watermelon sliced

Crackers and Breads

  • 1 Baguette sliced
  • Crackers
  • 6 Breadsticks

Other Additions

  • Nuts
  • Jellies
  • Fresh Herbs
  • Hard Boiled Eggs
  • Avocado cut in half (optional)
  • Passion Fruit cut in half (optional)

Instructions

  • Start by placing the jellies or jams into small bowls and place them onto the board. Then place cheese(s) onto the board and add the sliced and folded meats.
  • Place breads, crackers, and breadsticks onto the board. Then add fruits, nuts, fresh herbs, avocado, etc. the remainder of the chosen ingredients onto the board.
