Summer Charcuterie Board

- 8 ounces Prosciutto
- 8 ounces Salami
- 6 ounces Smoked Salmon optional
- 8 ounces Chorizo optional
- Blue Cheese or goat cheese, optional
- 1 cup Fresh Berries
- 1 Oranges sliced
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1 Grapfruits sliced
- 1 Grapes
- ¼ Watermelon sliced
Crackers and Breads
- 1 Baguette sliced
- 6 Breadsticks
- Fresh Herbs
- Hard Boiled Eggs
- Avocado cut in half (optional)
- Passion Fruit cut in half (optional)
Start by placing the jellies or jams into small bowls and place them onto the board. Then place cheese(s) onto the board and add the sliced and folded meats.
Place breads, crackers, and breadsticks onto the board. Then add fruits, nuts, fresh herbs, avocado, etc. the remainder of the chosen ingredients onto the board.
