- 8 oz Crab Meat
- 8 oz Tillamook Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3 tbsps Chives (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Oyster Crackers (crushed)
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 lb Cremini Mushrooms
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine crab meat, shredded cheese, lemon juice, chives, old bay seasoning, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and red pepper (optional) in a mixing bowl. Mix and then add in crushed oyster crackers.
Pull the stems off of the mushrooms and rinse them off in a colander. Add crab filling to each mushroom and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the tops with cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
