- 1-2 slices turkey breast
- 1 tsp Honey
- handful of Arugula
- 1 tbsp chopped pecans
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
Cut croissant in half, lengthwise. Drizzle honey and dijon mustard on both sides of croissant. Add turkey breast, Swiss cheese, arugula, and chopped pecans.
