- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp red pepper
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 4 cloves garlic, diced
- 3 tbsps honey
- 3 tbsps soy sauce
- ⅓ cup chicken stock
- String beans, optional
- 1 tbsp butter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Add ground ginger, garlic powder, red pepper flakes to a small dish and whisk together. Coat pork chops in seasoning blend and add salt and pepper, to taste. Add butter and olive oil to a cast iron skillet/oven safe pan and warm over medium heat. Sear pork chops until brown on both sides, about 4 minutes each side.
Remove pork chops from skillet and set aside. Add soy sauce, honey, and diced garlic to the skillet and mix together. Warm for about 3-5 minutes and add chicken stock. Place pork chops back in the skillet. If using string beans, add now to the skillet as well. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until thoroughly cooked.
