Ingredients

  • 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 2 tsps Cinnamon
  • ½ cup Almond Butter
  • 3 peaches, cubed OR 1 15oz can Peaches Chunks
  • cup Maple Syrup OR Agave Nectar OR Honey
  • 2 ½ cup Almond Milk (or any milk you like)
  • Pinch of salt, optional

Instructions

  • Microwave almond butter for 30 seconds. (If using canned peach chunks, drain off any syrup)
  • Add oats, cinnamon, almond butter, cubed peaches or peach chunks, maple syrup, and almond milk to a large bowl. Stir and refrigerate for at least 8 hours/overnight. OR divide into containers and refrigerate for 8 hours/overnight.
  • When ready to eat, top with yogurt, nuts, and fruit of your choice!
