Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Pat each chicken wing dry with a paper towel and add to a large bowl. Add salt and cajun seasoning. Toss together to ensure all wings are coated.
Use a baking sheet with the cooling rack and place each wing on the cooling rack. Drizzle olive oil on top.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Flip the wings and place back in the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the skin becomes crispy.
Add wings to a large bowl and add bbq sauce. Toss together until all wings are coated.
