Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken wings
  • 2 tbsps Cajun seasoning
  • Salt, to taste
  • Olive oil
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Pat each chicken wing dry with a paper towel and add to a large bowl. Add salt and cajun seasoning. Toss together to ensure all wings are coated.
  • Use a baking sheet with the cooling rack and place each wing on the cooling rack. Drizzle olive oil on top.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Flip the wings and place back in the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the skin becomes crispy.
  • Add wings to a large bowl and add bbq sauce. Toss together until all wings are coated.

Notes

  • I used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce.
