Mango Mojitos

Mango Mojitos are a refreshing remix of the classic mojito cocktail; made with sweet mango nectar, fresh mint, and honey.

Equipment

  • Jigger
  • muddler

Ingredients

  • 6 Mint leaves
  • 1-2 oz Honey (add more or less depending on your preference)
  • 2 Limes juiced (about 2 ounces)
  • 2 oz Rum
  • 4 oz Mango nectar
  • 2 oz Club soda

Instructions

  • Add mint, honey, lime juice, and mango nectar to a cocktail shaker. Crush with a muddle for about 10 seconds, until fragrant and mint leaves have slightly broken down.
  • Then add rum and and ice. Place the cap on top of the cocktail shaker and shake for 10-15 seconds. Pour into a serving glass.
  • Top with club soda and ice (optional). 
  • Garnish with mint and sliced mango.
