Loaf of Ciabatta Butter Garlic Fresh rosemary Fresh parsley Fresh chives Olive oil Parmesan Mozzarella Lemon zest Salt and pepper
HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE CHEESY GARLIC BREAD
In a small bowl,
butter, garlic, rosemary, parsley, chives, olive oil, parmesan, mozzarella, and lemon zest. Set aside.
Cut the loaf of bread in half, lengthwise, and add to a foil-lined baking sheet.
Bake in the oven
until slightly toasted, about 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and
spread the butter on top
of the bread. Top with additional mozzarella cheese as desired.
