This recipe is so much fun to make! Chai Candied Pecan Apple Pops are so easy to make. They're also super delicious and perfect for Fall! Drizzle a little caramel on top and you've got a winner! The pecans are tossed in chai spice and brown sugar and then candied in the oven. I find that the pecans really add a lovely balance to this recipe, especially with the chai spice to give it a kick! When you pair that with white chocolate and apples, it's SO good. From start to finish, this recipe takes about an hour. However, if you decide to buy candied pecans, it takes about 10 minutes. Up to you!

This recipe is a fun project to make with your kids, or for yourself, any time of the week. If you've gone apple picking this season, this is also the perfect way to use up those freshly picked apples! Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to go this year. Oddly enough, there was an early freeze this year that wiped out all of the apples in my area. It kinda sucks because we go every year, but I guess we'll just have to wait until next year for some freshly picked apples. Until this, this recipe will definitely keep us satisfied!

Let's quickly chat about how to make these cute little pops! They're fairly easy so there isn't too much to go over. I started by making the candied pecans first. To do this, all you have to do is mix together brown sugar, white sugar, a little salt, and some chai spice. Then in a separate bowl, beat an egg white and then coat the pecans in the egg white and then add the chai sugar mixture over top. Ensure that every pecan is covered and then bake on a parchment lined baking sheet for 45 minutes. It's really important to stir every 10-15 minutes so that they don't burn.

After the pecans are finished baking, chop then up into tiny bits. (If you'd like to see me make this recipe, head over to my instagram and check out the highlights on my profile) Then cut up the apples and melt down some white chocolate. Add a skewer to the apple and dip the apple in white chocolate and quickly add chopped pecans on top! If you want to go the extra mile, grab a spoon and drizzle caramel on top. It's definitely worth it!

I made these shortly after you posted this recipe on Instagram. The candied pecans are a hit. I ate most of them before I even got to the apples. They were so good. But the pecans with the white chocolate apples and caramel is amazing. This is my new fave go to fall snack.
