another angle of the sun tart

lets make this everything but the bagel sun tart!

I had two sheets of puff pastry leftover from a previous experiment and felt compelled to make some finger foods today. When I tell you that this is one of the easiest yet most impressive recipes you’ll ever make, I mean it! This took me about 25 minutes to make – start to finish – and it’s so good! This is perfect for parties or brunch or simply snacking.

To make this pastry, you simply place a plate on top of two pieces of puff pastry and cut out a circle. Smear cream cheese between the two pieces of dough. Then you cut the dough into fourths, eighths, and then sixteenths!

Sprinkle some Everything but the Bagel Seasoning - and then bake for 20 minutes! The result is a beautiful tart thats irresistible!

Heads up – if using puff pastry that’s frozen, allow it to thaw completely before using or else it’ll break!
