So, Holiday season is officially in full effect! With that comes tons of parties. From Friendsgiving, Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving leftovers, Christmas parties, Ugly Sweater Parties, to Christmas ... the list goes on. Without a doubt, this is the most wonderful time of the year.

In addition to being the most wonderful time of the year, it's also the busiest. Because of those parties, gatherings, etc. comes tons of cooking, I just love it. And what is a result of cooking large amounts of food?! LEFTOVERS!

So, Hubby and I hosted an awesome Friendsgiving party. We cooked everything from roast beef, sweet potato casserole, dinner rolls, Brussels sprouts, a turkey, roast pork, collard greens, Mac n cheese - and that was just the main course. For dessert, I made a few of my recipes from the blog - three chocolate chip skillet cookie, snickerdoodle cheesecake, and sage browned butter pumpkin pie with spiced meringue.

Needless to say, everyone demolished almost everything. Almost. We had a bit of leftover snickerdoodle cheesecake. And that's where it all began.

So, this Caramel Cookie Crunch Extravaganza recipe came about when I was sitting on the couch after a holiday party. I did not feel like cooking. As a result, I took a look at my leftovers and noticed that I had some Caramel Cookie Crunch Gelato by Talenti in the freezer.

So, I felt inspired by the expertly curated 5-layered Talenti Layers range. That’s when the wheels in my head began to spin about my own 5-layered masterpiece. I grabbed the Caramel Cookie Crunch gelato, my leftover snickerdoodle cheesecake, and then added some crumbled ginger snaps, cookie butter, and whipped up a little meringue. I took a spoonful of this master creation that I just compiled and honestly... honestly?! It's the best thing I've ever eaten. No competition.

The cheesecake with the caramel cookie crunch gelato with the cookie butter and crumbled ginger snaps... ugh. But It's almost too good to even type about. It's literally something that you simply need to try. Immediately. So, Get off off your phone! Head to the grocery store, pick up some caramel cookie crunch Talenti, cookie butter, and ginger snaps. Make my snickerdoodle cheesecake, or use whatever cheesecake you have... and make this recipe. As a result, it's insanely delicious.'s the best thing I've ever eaten...

To make this Caramel Cookie Crunch Extravaganza, it's super simple. Get about a few spoonfuls of each ingredient, add it to a cup, and that's it.

  • ½ cup Caramel Cookie Crunch Gelato by Talenti
  • 2-3 Ginger Snaps, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Cookie Butter
  • 1 slice Cheesecake
  • Whipped Cream or Meringue for topping


  • Add all ingredients to a cup, one by one, and top with whipped cream or meringue.
  • If making meringue, simply whip 3-4 egg whites. and add 4-5 tbsps sugar, pinch of salt, and a dash of vanilla extract.

    As soon as I saw this on your Instagram I knew i had to make it! I went out to the grocery store and got some talenti, cheesecake, cookie butter, and whipped cream to make this! I already had some gingerbread cookies at home. I made it and I see why you said it's the best thing you've ever eaten, it was so so so good! You're a genius for this!
